Your can send your request to our customer service to csdo.france@dllgroup.com. Please notify you contract number or your registration number of company.
What documents are available on my customer account?
You can find and download all invoices, our fee schedule and our insurance brochure. Those documents are available all along your contract life and 7 years after the end of the contract.
I forgot my password?
Go to "Login"->"Forgotten your password?" then add your mail address and click "Send verification code".
Can I get my invoices by mail?
You can. Your customer account allows you to set up an automail for each new invoice.
