How can I get access to My DLL?
For access to My DLL, please contact the Customer Service Desk at 01 4814100 or send an email to operations-ireland@dllgroup.com. They will look at the options to give you access.
Can I receive digital invoices?
Yes, you can send an email to our Customer Service Desk operations-ireland@dllgroup.com with the contract number(s) and email address to which the invoices must be sent. You will then receive an email with instructions showing how to log in to the invoice portal.
How can I change my company/personal information?
You can send a request to our Customer Service Desk operations-ireland@dllgroup.com with the details of your contract(s) and requested change (company name, address, email address, tel./fax.nr. or bank account details).
I would like access to My DLL. Can you provide me a login name?
Please contact the Customer Service Desk by phone at nr. 01 4814100 or send an email to operations-ireland@dllgroup.com. They will take you through the procedure and check if you are eligible to get access to our portal.
My password does not work, I cannot login. What should I do?
Please click “Forgot Password” and you will be redirected to the Microsoft Change Password pages. You can change your password as many times as you like.
I have a new business inquiry - what should I do?

For a new business quote please call our sales team on 01-4814191 or email insidesalesireland@dllgroup.com. Please press 1 for a new business quote as the first option when you dial the number.

I have a remark or complaint regarding your service

You can use the Feedback button in the right bottom corner of the page. 

Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to our Customer Service Desk operations-ireland@dllgroup.com stating the contract number and the complaint / remark / compliment about the specific service. This will be registered in the system so that it will be followed up by the administrator of your file. In case of a complaint the administrator will contact you directly. Thanks for your feedback.
